On the Easel

It's been a productive week underpainting this large blue shark canvas, and working at this scale a joy, once I'd got over feeling a little intimidated. I'm going with the principle of just upscaling brushes to suit the canvas size, and with that approach this hasn't taken any longer so far than a much smaller version would.Celtic Deep Blue ( working title) Oil on canvas 40 x 60 inches
